Beatplan is operated by MRX Consulting OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 16378539, VAT EE102459944). You can reach us at hello@beatplan.io about anything on this page.

There is no tracking on this site or in the product. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts of any kind. We do not know you visited this page.

Two different sets of data

Beatplan holds two kinds of information, and our responsibility differs for each.

We never sell either. We never use one company's data to serve another, and the database enforces that separation rather than trusting our code to remember it.

Where it is kept

In the European Union. The database and application run on Supabase infrastructure in Frankfurt, Germany. Backups stay in the same region.

The app also keeps a copy of your own company's working data on the device you use it on, so it keeps working when the signal does not. Signing out clears it.

Who else touches it

These are the only third parties involved, and each one is here because the product cannot work without it.

What the AI sees, in plain terms

When somebody in your company asks Beatplan a question, or asks it for a strategy, we send Google's Gemini API the part of your data needed to answer: customer names, towns, balances, what they buy, stock, and the notes your team has written on visits and calls. Those notes often name people.

We do this only when a person asks. Nothing is sent to the model on a schedule, and your data is not used to train anybody's model. If that is not acceptable for your business, tell us before you import anything, because it is the one part of the product we cannot separate cleanly today.

Email we send

The daily plan, the weekly and monthly reviews and account notices go to the people in your company whose role calls for them. They are part of the service, not marketing, which is why there is no unsubscribe link on them: change who receives what by changing roles, or by cancelling. We do not send marketing email to your team.

How long we keep it

While your account exists. You can export everything at any time from inside the app, in a format you can open elsewhere, and that stays true after an agreement ends.

Ask us to delete your company's data and we will do it within 30 days, including from backups as they rotate. Deletion is final; export first.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or the UK you have the right to see what we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, take it elsewhere, and object to how we use it. The export button covers most of that immediately. For the rest, write to hello@beatplan.io.

If we handle a request badly you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), or to the authority where you live.

Cookies

One, and it is not really a cookie: the app stores your sign-in session in your browser so you are not asked to log in on every screen. There is nothing to consent to because there is nothing tracking you.

Changes

If we change this page in a way that affects you, we will email the account before it takes effect.
