Terms

Last updated 1 September 2026

These terms cover your use of Beatplan, operated by MRX Consulting OÜ, registered in Estonia (registry code 16378539, VAT EE102459944). Using the service means accepting them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you may do so.

What the service is

Beatplan reads the sales history and customer list you import and produces a daily round: who each person should see, why, and what is worth selling them. It emails that round to your team each morning and keeps a record of what they logged.

It is a tool for deciding where to send people. It is not accounting software, it does not replace your invoicing, and the figures in it are only as current as the data you import.

How it starts

There is no self service sign up and no automatic trial. We assess the business first, at no charge, and we agree in writing what will be built before anything is paid for. You see your own data inside the system before you commit to anything.

What it costs

Every installation is built around the company that buys it, so the figure follows the assessment. What is set out below is where it normally lands.

Priced per company, never per seat, whatever the number of people. A twelve month minimum applies, invoiced quarterly in advance, with half of the build fee due on signature and half on going live. A year paid in advance takes ten percent off the monthly fee. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any VAT or local tax, which is added where the law requires it.

Paying

By invoice, in advance. The monthly fee is invoiced quarterly unless we agree otherwise in writing, and the build fee is half on signature and half on going live. Where a card is used, it is handled by Stripe and the details never reach us. If an invoice goes unpaid we tell you and keep working for a reasonable period before the daily plan stops; your own customer list stays available to export throughout.

Cancelling

The agreement runs for twelve months from going live. After that it continues until either of us ends it, in writing, with one month's notice. We do not refund a period that has already begun.

Your data stays available to export after cancellation. Ask us to delete it and we will, within 30 days.

Your data is yours

Everything you import and everything your team logs belongs to you. We do not sell it, we do not use one customer's data to serve another, and we do not use it to train models. You can export all of it at any time, in a format you can open elsewhere, so leaving is a decision rather than a project.

How we handle it is set out on the privacy page, including what is sent to Google's AI model when somebody asks the product a question. Read that before you import anything.

Using it sensibly

Do not use Beatplan to store data you have no right to hold, to send anything unlawful to anyone, or to attack the service or get at another company's information. Accounts are for your own people; sharing one login across a team defeats the part of the product that tracks who did what, and the seat limits exist for that reason rather than as a revenue trick.

Availability

We aim to keep Beatplan running continuously and we watch it every day, but we do not offer an uptime guarantee and we will not pretend otherwise while the product is young. If a failure of ours costs you a day's plan, tell us and we will make it right on your bill.

Liability

Beatplan advises; it does not decide. We are not responsible for commercial outcomes: which customers you visit, what you sell them, or what you choose to order. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising out of the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may change these terms. If a change matters to you, and always if the price changes, we will email the account at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel in that window.

Law

Estonian law applies, and the Estonian courts have jurisdiction.
